New Milestone for AUSTAR C-True: Automatic Visual Inspection for Dark-colored Iron Injection Formulations

AUSTAR C‑True has secured a new order for an automatic visual inspection system dedicated to dark‑colored iron injections—a first‑of‑its‑kind commercial project in China’s equipment sector for this application, based on currently available public information and our market research.

Iron sucrose is a brown solution; ferric carboxymaltose is dark brown and non‑transparent. Their optical characteristics make reliable inspection a product‑specific engineering challenge involving illumination, container motion, image‑acquisition timing and algorithms.

For this project, C‑True will develop and qualify a dedicated inspection approach using optimized imaging, visual tracking, image processing and machine‑learning methods. Final performance will be established against the agreed URS and representative challenge samples.

From difficult to inspect to controllable and verifiable—that is the work behind this order.
